Can you guess?

I apologize for the lack of posts lately...I've been busy crocheting and this weekend was full of church activities and I can never seem to keep up on house work... but today I pretty much ignored house chores (except for the part where I almost broke the washing machine that belongs to my landlord....) and I have been working on some crochet ideas that had been floating around in my head. Here is the latest thing I made today and I was wondering if you can tell what it is supposed to be without me telling you... I am working on ideas for ornaments for a swap and I want something unique but I want people to be able to tell what it is! Let me know what you think!

heather - this is actually the first swap that I will be participating in so I'm not totally sure. I'm sure they are all a little different. I think for this particular one what happens is you make an ornament for each person involved in the swap and send them to the host and then she will send each person a package with one from everyone to each person. (Did that even make sense!? ha! I think I confused myself!!)

Those are stacked teacups and saucers. Very cute. How about candy cane holders for the swap? My mother used to make those all the time when I was younger.

Stop by my blog, I have an award for you :)

So cute! They kind of remind me of those crazy cakes bakers make on those reality cake making shows. Even though they're made out of yarn and not frosting. It's all in the stacking, I think. : )
