I love browsing etsy for handspun yarns. I've never bought any. I wish I could buy them all though. I love looking at all the colors and fibers. Each skein is a new piece of art in my eyes. However I see a lot of yarns and forget about most of them but I favorited this yarn by SpunRightRound a while back and I can't stop thinking about it! I wish I had some extra spending cash but for now I will just continue looking at these beautiful photos. It's so pretty!

I realize it has been over a week since I have last posted. I was feeling really worn out last week. I really didn't have much to blog about nor the motivation. I still don't have much to write about but I hate going this long without blogging! So I thought maybe you would be interested in taking a look at some items I have recently hearted on Etsy.

I did it!

I finally did it! I knitted! I already knew how to do the knit stitch but I couldn't for anything get the purl stitch. Today I saw some beautiful knitted things on a couple blogs and etsy and I decided I was going to try again and it was successful! You may think it's silly, the purl stitch shouldn't be that difficult to learn once you learn the knit but for me I had many frustrated tries. It's not perfect but I'm super excited about it, you have no idea! I'm going to practice, practice, practice.

This new pattern in the Red Velvet online shop makes me wish I could just learn to knit! No matter how many videos I watch I just can't seem to get past the basic knit stitch... I may have to invest in a class...
