I had been thinking a lot about dream catchers ever since I read this post. I love how unique each one is! While I was laying down for a nap earlier today I had the urge to try to make one for myself. I got right out of bed because I was excited to try it out... I hadn't even fallen asleep yet!
I glanced at a few tutorials but I didn't have the materials they were using & I don't like spending a lot of money, so I looked around my craft room for things that would work for me. I used an embroidery hoop for the ring & some cotton thread for the web. I think it turned out pretty good for not following any tutorials! I love how the middle looks like a sun.
I found some pretty images from weheartit.com to inspire me

I adore !
You know what...I don't care what my native american boyfriend says...I really want a dream catcher tattoo...he can eat a lemon for all I care. (he says white girls dont look right w/ them cause it's a native thing) But poo on him! I'm doing it! Haha! You've inspired me! Did you ever see the ones I did for Skunkboys craft swap?
