It's Monday so it's time to post about this past week's weigh-in for Seth's Weight Loss Challenge. It was a pretty rough week for me. I was feeling bloated because it was my time of the month & I was really lacking the energy and motivation to workout but I pushed through it. I was really worried I was going to be the exact same as last week but this morning was a pleasant surprise. I was down 1.6 lbs so I was happy. I was so relieved I wasn't going to have to put a 0 or + on there!This week also proved to be a challenge because normally I struggle with my sweet tooth but moderating the amount of sugar I eat a day has improved that, however for some reason I was really craving greasy fried food. I don't normally crave fried chicken, in fact I'm not really crazy about fried chicken ever but the Church's Chicken commercial kept playing and I wanted it bad! I didn't cave in, not that we even have a Church's Chicken here or anything... I could have found fried chicken somewhere though!
Today I am so glad I pushed through this week even when I didn't feel like it though. I am still feeling energized and not sluggish. It is such a wonderful feeling!
